Personal information collected through inquiries (name, email, mobile phone number, company name, and inquiry details) is retained for 3 years from the date of receipt, and is destroyed immediately upon the data subject's request.

In principle, the Company does not collect personal information of data subjects under 16 years of age.
The Company uses "cookies" to store and retrieve user information to provide more appropriate and useful services. Users may refuse or delete cookies through their web browser settings; however, refusing cookies may limit the use of some services.
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay when the processing purpose has been achieved.
Destruction Procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws.
Destruction Method: Electronic file information uses technical methods that make records unrecoverable. Paper documents are destroyed by shredding or incineration.
